raised price to quick,should have been at least 1 yr.before increase,also 100 per month is enough for i parking spot,ben was very good to deal with,for that i would come back some day.TY

Your staff is absolutely wonderful although your company is not I have two storage units I was renting one of your parking spots for my car you raised the goddamn price three times the car's been there for 5 months and you're pulling the same crap with my storage units I'm going to have to more than likely change over to the other storage unit there are $100 cheaper for a larger 24-hour security drive up facility so next time I get an increase letter say goodbye to me I'm done throwing away money you have a hundred empty parking spots out there and you want to get rid of the customer that you have that does not make sense I've been in sales for my whole life that's bad business

Prices increased every other month in the short time I started storing my boat. Not sure if it was a bait and switch but it definitely felt like that.

It is a nice clean facility. Operated by very nice people. Hated to leave but felt the price increase of $40 was a lot.So moved to another location with a price guarantee for a year

Upon moving out, which was the end of the 1st week of the month, we were still charged for the entire month. Not even a single mention of crediting us for the rest of the months charges
