Didn’t have the greatest experience with the staff at my location. Would have liked better and more respectful communication especially from the manager. I had an issue and he immediately cut me off and started getting combative. I eventually had another male family member take care of the situation. Ultimately it was handled but I feel as though he was unwilling to help me as I am a young woman.

Scott was very professional and welcoming. He answered all of our questions and personally showed us the unit we rented. The location is central and secure. All set for however long we need the extra space before our final move to the area. Pleased with our choice of storage unit companies.

We paid for a month and came and got the trailer after a couple weeks. We thought we were done with storage and picked up the trailer and the next day asked if we could bring it back for a week since we had already paid for the rest of the month. We all have the flu and wee unable to travel There was absolutely no accommodating our request not even a thought to try. Way to go customer service. It's outdoor parking and you already had it paid for longer than we were there. We also rented online and when we got there someone was parked in our reserved spot. We were told to park it on the street and come back the next day as delivery drivers also use those spots when empty. Good luck to the next unsuspecting customer.
