Easy rental process. Flew from AZ to FL on short notice to pack up recently widowed mother-in-law's house who we had to move to AZ secondary to her dementia. Needed to rent unit on a Sunday as flying back to AZ next day. Rental office at the facility was not open on Sundays but I was easily able to rent the unit with the help of a very nice gentleman at the call center. Flew out again last weekend to drive her sentimental possessions in the storage unit back to AZ and was easily able to cancel the contract over the phone.
