We paid for a month and came and got the trailer after a couple weeks. We thought we were done with storage and picked up the trailer and the next day asked if we could bring it back for a week since we had already paid for the rest of the month. We all have the flu and wee unable to travel There was absolutely no accommodating our request not even a thought to try. Way to go customer service. It's outdoor parking and you already had it paid for longer than we were there. We also rented online and when we got there someone was parked in our reserved spot. We were told to park it on the street and come back the next day as delivery drivers also use those spots when empty. Good luck to the next unsuspecting customer.

Very bad and non professional company from beginning to end. Way dissatisfied! Both Palm Coast facilities are in bad shape, lobbies smell horrible, help is non existent, facilities not kept up. Locks on doors non functional. Would give both locations very poor ratings and very expensive.

I did not give anyone but a friend permission to go collect the remainder of my things. I also did not confirm I was done with the space. The light didn’t work when I moved in. Mostly I’m very upset with them taking it upon themselves to move my stuff with out my permission. Our verbal confirmation that I was done with the unit. I’m extremely unhappy with the make that works there, he is the one that took my stuff aka stealing my property. He is at cypress edge and I believe goes by Jim. I have been enraged by him and his lack customer service or common sense.
