The lady in the office was so easy and pleasant to work with. She was always helpful and had current information. Give that woman a raise. She deserves it!

Easy rental process. Flew from AZ to FL on short notice to pack up recently widowed mother-in-law's house who we had to move to AZ secondary to her dementia. Needed to rent unit on a Sunday as flying back to AZ next day. Rental office at the facility was not open on Sundays but I was easily able to rent the unit with the help of a very nice gentleman at the call center. Flew out again last weekend to drive her sentimental possessions in the storage unit back to AZ and was easily able to cancel the contract over the phone.

Always personable at the office and helpful when I could not remember the entry into the gate.

Customer service was great! Place was very clean! I had no worries leaving my stuff there.
