Space cost is too expensive @ $175.48 per month for a 10 x 30 outdoor space. Cube Smart increased the rate wtihin the first three months of renting. We left Tampa Bay and this was one reason why.

Your entire business model seems to be in direct opposition to customer satisfaction-- raising rates beyond the market once occupancy has been taken-- excessive late fees-- difficulty in managing the account and payment options that are seemingly designed to add fees and costs

the monthly rate more than doubled within our stay, I feel like because we had such a large unit you knew it would take a moving company to clear it so you felt like you had us trapped and doubled down on rate of pay I wouldn't suggest that stress for any friend. storage is a large profit marg biz and there is no need to raise fee at that speed
