Extremely disappointed in the business of CubeSmart increasing rent regularly, if you want to have customers, maybe figure out how to keep them. The staff was helpful. The carts need repair or replacing, and it was super annoying to have to run down the hall to trigger the overhead lights to go on. Not pleased at all with this business out of several other companies I have used for storage in the past. Do better.

While the initial onboarding process was incredibly easy and the starting price was very fair, the frequent and consistent rate increases are ultimately what drove us to take our business elsewhere. The introductory value just didn't last.

Dennis and Kat provided exceptional service. The facility is clean and secure. After a few months we ended up needing a second unit and they are so helpful in finding one available near my existing unit so we didnt have to go to separate areas.

I have never had any issues renting from this location. Friendly staff and good location. I will come back if we need storage again in the future. The price did keep increasing which ultimately was one of the reasons for closing it down. Most of the stuff in this unit was for other family members so we just disbursed everything and got rid of things we didnt need or want anymore.
