Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The manager James, is friendly. You're not just a a dollar sign but a person. While I was unpacking my cargo van, I introduced my family and James greeted everyone by name, shook hands. Double checked that I was happy with my unit.

At your Palm Harbor location, Dennis and the other Guy are very nice people and had to deal with my garbage but had no problem dealing with it… I needed to upgrade the unit three days after I got the first one… very nice and very professional
