Did the job, none of my items had any issues. I wasn’t aware of the sudden (and not small) price increase of 21$ per month, which hit a few months in was the downside.

Steve provided excellent customer service. He helped us set up the app, printed our paperwork, and was super efficient. Our unit and lock were ready to go when we arrived.

We are very happy with our trailer storage but when we rented a unit we were quoted a decent price, we asked how often the prices change and told it doesn’t happen often or increase much. The unit had a pretty messed up locking handle that had to be forced past the doorframe every time but we dealt with it. Less than 6 months after we moved in the price went up about $50 a month with no recourse. So we left

The facility is very clean and well organized. John and Steven were amazing to work with. The level of service is well worth the value of the money I am paying.
