Once CubeSmart boughtvout this storage facility, my rates went up 50 % and now ii is $300 monthly for my unit. Previous owners gave discount to active duty AND veterans but cube smart only did for active duty. Cost is what drove us away and I'd recommend buying an outdoor shed, if possible, then renting a storage unit. That said, personnel at our Cube Smart have always been friendly and professional.

I scoured the Internet, looking for a replacement storage unit after the current storage unit I had decided to enact its second price increase. As I checked each category of needs that I had for Storage, CubeSmart kept coming to the top of the list. Once I made the decision, everything was simple and flowed smoothly. I was already irritated for having to move storage units in the first place, so any difficulty would’ve probably made me move on to something else. But instead, the whole process was simple and finding out that I have an app that I can open the gate remotely and that the units are absolutely perfectly clean. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I completed the process at 11:11 at night and I woke up to an email from the manager personally and you could tell that it wasn’t a pre-drafted generic email. He commented on the fact that I hadn’t been there yet on the property and hadn’t seen a check-in and invited me to see them, etc. so I guess I’m saying so far it’s aces.

It’s going to depend on where my friends live.
