Easy to access and large clean units

Always very pleasant and helpful

I scoured the Internet, looking for a replacement storage unit after the current storage unit I had decided to enact its second price increase. As I checked each category of needs that I had for Storage, CubeSmart kept coming to the top of the list. Once I made the decision, everything was simple and flowed smoothly. I was already irritated for having to move storage units in the first place, so any difficulty would’ve probably made me move on to something else. But instead, the whole process was simple and finding out that I have an app that I can open the gate remotely and that the units are absolutely perfectly clean. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I completed the process at 11:11 at night and I woke up to an email from the manager personally and you could tell that it wasn’t a pre-drafted generic email. He commented on the fact that I hadn’t been there yet on the property and hadn’t seen a check-in and invited me to see them, etc. so I guess I’m saying so far it’s aces.

It’s going to depend on where my friends live.

For the most part I found my local CubeSmart to be secure, clean, accessible and trustworthy. The one instance though that was negative is the employee John. He was too familiar/friendly and mishandled my payment, then called me to over explain, then mishandled the payment he requested to make up the difference, instead he then refunded and requested a new updated amount. All easily explained as an issue with timing, but John was more interested in other ideas and with talking about his life experiences, et cetera .... left a bad feeling for me.

John was friendly and helpful, a pleasure to do business with along with conversation and a few laughs!
