There is no loyalty by this company to long term renters (18+ yrs). It appears the longer you rent, the longer you will be subject to ridiculous rate hikes. I could understand repeated rate increases, somewhat, if my unit was a climate controlled unit, but not for a standard box.

Rats all over my stuff and it was leaking which was obviously not checked on. My rent was raised 100% in 3 yrs!! Never again. Renter beware

Excellent check in, easy app, clean facility. I got the 50% off Labor Day discount, which makes for a great value. However, if prices go up significantly, I'll go back to my mom & pop location.
