When I rented, I thought the price was right, the unit was clean and easily accessible. However, a 30% increase in the rent after less than 3 months was ridiculous and turned me off. Couldn’t risk further time and random increases

Significant improvements since you took over. While I miss the dumpster the old owenrs had, the service is much more professional. Move out was easy. Appreciate the written notice that IU have been checked out.
