Will, in the office was GREAT! The facility is very clean and safe. The storage spaces are clean and accommodating. Access is easy with the code. Pricing is the best that I have found in Parker.

I can't recommend this Cube Smart location due to constant rent increases when I can go online and rent the same unit in the same location for less. I attempted to give my move out notice three different ways. In person and no one was there. I called and no one called me back. And finally I emailed and no one ever emailed me back and I never received a confirmation. No communication at all!

Loved the location. The people were friendly and the facilities were clean and in good repair. We always pre-paid for a year at a time. We had a 10x40 for many years and it became too expensive with price increases every year. We had to change to two 10x 20 units to save costs, but after those kept increasing in costs too we had to leave. We rented space here for many years. Sometimes the owners would help us with pricing but not this year so we had to leave.

Dealing with cubesmart was easy, however the low score is because the location we were using was not very helpful or responsive
