The drive through areas seem to never get cleaned. Always picking up screws and nails from the ground. No snow removal. Makes even a light snow dangerous to work in. Two small expenses that if done would be a huge benefit to your clients.

Had no issues with my unit. Think the price is a little expensive but that's it.

Constant price increases

Why cant I access my unit after 9pm? you are just restricting me from access MY things and the unit I pay for.Also, your office hours are short and I had a hard time getting over there after I got off from work. Very inconvenient.

The website is very easy to navigate and it is very convenient to reserve a storage space on the website. The prices are very reasonable. The storage unit was very clean and ready with a welcome note and the lock waiting for us inside of it. The on-site staff are professional and very helpful. It is very comforting to know that the property is gated and monitored 24/7 and well lit adding to the overall security and piece of mind that our belongings are safe and so are we while visiting the unit after business hours.
