YOU CLAIMED YOU COULD NOT SEND ME EMAILS ? HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO SEND ONE TODAY AFTER i CLOSED MY STORAGE OUT ON FRIDAY? YET, YOU LOCKED MY ACCESS AND TRIED TO COLLECT LATE FEES ETC.. i HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES WAITING OVER AN HOUR TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE SHAME ON YOU!!! THE ISSUE WAS A SIMPLE FIX SEND A POSTCARD SAYING AUTO PAY WAS NOT WORKING AND PLEASE COME IN TO THE STORE! BUT i GUESS PEOPLE ARE NOT PAYED TO THINK PASS THE MOMENT AT CUBE DUMB!

I had several boxes and containers thrown in the garbageFound mice droppings inside my containers with my personal itemsIt’s disgusting and health concernsTold manager about it and did nothing to helpI paid to have my items kept safeAnd it’s unacceptable the mice situationOn top of that in one year my monthly payments went up twice,I had an awful experienceIt’s my honest opinion

Easy and convenient to access, staff friendly and helpful. Price was increasing too much, lots of mouse droppings, had to throw a lot of stuff out.

Everyone is incredibly nice and professional.They keep the place clean, bathroom clean.Also, they monitor the premises.

For short term solutions Cube Smart is an excellent solution.

Everything went great..I would recommend you to anyone. Its very expensive to rent though. The increase incremental is borderline criminal. I'm sure there are increases in your business, but wow. Also, not being prorated for time is not such a great feeling as a customer. Hey what can we do, I was stating how I feel.

I would recommend it because it’s easy to use. Nobody bothers you. The only thing I will say is they need to watch out because you guys do have a very interesting tendency of raising the price rather quickly maybe you should think about
