The facility is clean and secure. It is temperature controlled. The long hours of operation is convenient to access the unit. The location is also great. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Accessibility to highway, the staff and hours I had remote access come onsite and access the unit .

Good support service, people on site is really nice and professional. The only problem is that somebody opened my storage a year ago, nothing was stolen but it was a bad experience.

I liked the easy entrance and the availability hours. I did not like the price increases or the fact that my climate controlled unit had a 3 inch opening to the outdoors at the top of the unit. This caused all of my items to be quite covered in dust, and I'm sure the humidity was getting in as well. But the main reason I am leaving is the price.

Rent kept rising.

The people were friendly and the unit was as advertised, but I felt that the space was very dark and the floor was uneven and in disrepair.

It was very clean and I felt safe.
