Paid online every month. When I went to my storage after a year or so i discovered the unit was infested with rodents and I lost most of my stuff. Paid 371$ a month a unit infested. No care at the facility at all.

Jasmynn at the Concord St location in Pawtucket was fantastic. She made the whole process super easy and she went out of her way to accommodate me with a same day move in. The unit that she had available had a broken lock mechanism and she fixed it and swept clean the unit within 1 hour of me signing up.

Severe price increase. I was a good customer tgat paid on time every month and I was rewarded with a $759 monthly bill. The door to my unit has been broken for 3 years and no one will fix it even though I brought it to several employees attention.

Cubesmart lock was broken. Cubesmart didn't take second lock off after late payment.And of course the price is outrages. Found a similar sized storage for much less.

The weather stripping on the unit was all chewed up. i asked twice to have it fixed and you did not fix it. winter came and so did the snow. water got in and my stuff got moldy (lots of children and baby stuff that i was planning to use for my current pregnancy) also mice and or rats got in making nests in my sleeping bags and camping stuff chewing through everything and pooping everywhere. I couldnt move the stuff that was moldy when switching units bc i am pregnant and the lady i spoke to gave me an attitude saying she was charging me $250 to clean it out when they should have been apologetic for my stuff being ruined after i asked to have the weather stripping fixed twice. it also took me 3 phone calls to close my account. They continuously raise the rate but can't even do the bare minimum to keep your stuff protected.

The Associate who helped me was fantastic. He was covering for 2 people who called out sick and did not work at the store. He was very patient and walked me through everything.

Fair rates, easy process

My unit on the end and you can see the outside from some spots inside the unit and there's already a ton of spray foam insulation used on it already. I also was doubled charged.
