The weather stripping on the unit was all chewed up. i asked twice to have it fixed and you did not fix it. winter came and so did the snow. water got in and my stuff got moldy (lots of children and baby stuff that i was planning to use for my current pregnancy) also mice and or rats got in making nests in my sleeping bags and camping stuff chewing through everything and pooping everywhere. I couldnt move the stuff that was moldy when switching units bc i am pregnant and the lady i spoke to gave me an attitude saying she was charging me $250 to clean it out when they should have been apologetic for my stuff being ruined after i asked to have the weather stripping fixed twice. it also took me 3 phone calls to close my account. They continuously raise the rate but can't even do the bare minimum to keep your stuff protected.

My unit on the end and you can see the outside from some spots inside the unit and there's already a ton of spray foam insulation used on it already. I also was doubled charged.

Door on unit was flimsy and you raised the rate after the first month. Also asked to have rental start on future date and it was started immediately.

Was a customer for about 3 years and the price just kept going up. The unit was inaccessible for months at a time either due to snow or resurfacing of the lot which the units are on. Management would text when payments were just a few days late, then would threaten overlock and fees to be applied. When the unit was overlocked the fees would become outrageous. After fees were payed lockout would remain on until asked for them to be removed. Outdoor unit leaked water through roof and had rat damage to furniture and other belongings. More of a headache to rent from this location than its worth. I dont know how the other locations handle business but this location avoid.
