From the very first time I walked into CubeSmart, all the way til the day I cleared my storage unit, CubeSmart kept my belongings safe and secure with the way they control entry. It was a fair price, never any surprises. The staff was always responsive and helpful! Customers service has been a lost art over the years, but the CubeSmart staff has it and is there for you, answering any questions you may have. I was never worried about anything when it came to my belongings at CubeSmart.

Repeated price increases of 40% or more that come without sufficient advance warning. When you vacate because it's no longer affordable, CubeSmart will not prorate. "We don't give refunds" sneered the unfriendly clerk. Okay then - I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO STORE ANYTHING at CubeSmart! I guarantee you will lose future business after I tell people about my experience with you.

I recommend this storage to everyone , the customer service it's great and always well taken care of and they always happy to help every customer that comes in.
