Joe - the manager in Pawtucket was a very helpful person

I’m giving an 8 because I was able to keep my storage unit at this location; however, I was disappointed that the price increase was not communicated to customers in advance.

It was absolutely awful. Was charged a late fee due to my card being stolen and my payment changing before even a full week. And when I went to pay online 5 separate times the website was “unavailable” and down. Also the payments kept going up with no notice and absolutely no reason. I’m disgusted with this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. What a scam!

All around great and new facility. Well-maintained, spotless, and convenient. Staff is exceptional.

Because is a nice and clean building plus the people that work there are very gentil

Facility is in good condition, clean and well functioning, staff was professional and helpful.But there are only six hand trucks for the entire facility, which were all taken by three other tenants; and, was surprised with additional charge for INSURANCE coverage for my items, which increased the monthly rent almost 15%. And the most confusing part is that the insurance coverage is NOT. optional. How can insurance coverage be required whether the consumer needs it or not?
