No lights in the unit and elevator was not working

Very professional office staff that eased the move-in process.

Straight to the point no bullshit fluff everything was exactly the same as the staff explained. The staff was cool too had an answer and solution for everything

The units on Walcott Pawtucket were perfectMark and the other guy were very friendly and most of all very helpful.They are definitely assets to your organization.I would recommend that location to anyone.

The staff at this CubeSmart went out of their way again and again to be welcoming, helpful when help was needed, and easy. They called me when I first moved in to review their policies, billing, notice required upon move out, and more. This made me feel confident that I’d not be blindsided by unknown policies or fees.
