The storage unit prices were good but there was no staff around a majority of the time when I needed to talk to someone. They were short staffed and the one gentleman that worked at the other local location was having to work both locations to keep them going. If it wasn’t for him I would have had no help from someone.

It was secure & staff always helpful but rent kept going up.
