There is no person in the PTC office and you can never get the office on the phone. I emailed customer service several times and never got a response.

You can never reach anyone at the locations or at the corporate office. It is ridiculous that you can't ask questions once you've rented a unit. The only way you can rent a unit is if you go there in person to see if they have anything available. You say that you have the best customer service. Well, that is false and finished off the 3 year Croatian.

Because I've had a very difficult time trying to reach someone at the cubesmart where I made 2 rentals but only needed one and needed the one I didnt use can elled and still haven't seen a refund of my money!

The price was raised several times. I think it was too much. It felt like you continued to raise it until you found the point that a person can no longer accept it and decides to leave.
