You helped ruin my stuff. The humidity was ridiculously high, and I told you this a couple years ago. You did not care.Cubesmart sucks and cares more about the money coming in than the customers. Go rot in hell.

Service has mostly been good at the facility I was at. A few mishaps with cutting locks off or damaging the door that took longer than expected to fix. But the last 10 years has been mostly good reports. I still don't know that the cost or operating the facility should have caused a 400% increase even over 10 - 15 years. I believe the rent was $70 when I started and was $288 when I left.

My unit was moldy and had moths and smelled terrible. I brought this to the attention to the management and they didn’t do anything. I didn’t have any food in my unit - only furniture. Many of my pieces were covered with white powdery mold. I bought moth traps that caught a lot of moths but not all. The smell was terrible. In fact, the entire building smelled like mold. I went in the building next to mine and it didn’t smell at all. So my building is the problem. Also, I didn’t feel the conditioned space was properly conditioned. No air flow and it wasn’t as cool as it should be in the summer.

Overall a good experience although units were a little too hot

Reliable and almost perfect service. The constant increase in service is the reason I moved.

The cost was quite reasonable compared to others around and the lady (Lia) at the facility was very polite and super helpful. She answered all my questions and went the extra mile to help me sign up. That’s what an owner would do and not usually an employee.

Gentleman at the front desk that helped us was amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

Each time that I’ve rented from here the staff has been very helpful and courteous.

I can only speak for the location that I had my belongings in, but my things had mold on them. Also, there was barely anyone there in the office when I needed assistance, and customer service is a bit slow and rude. You guys also went up on my storage unit multiple times without notifying me of the price increase, and the late fee is $20 which seems extremely excessive.
