Raise the rates way too often

U increase every 2 or 3 months.I was there 18 months.Enough

Everyone was friendly. Units were clean and I love the availability of the cart for moving.

You never answer your phones and raise your rates inexorably. You also do not offer prorated moving rates if you leave in the middle of your month. If I hadn't left my lock in till the last moment, i bet you would have charged my locker out to.someone else and banked twice for one locker.

Because it was very easy to rent a storage unit and with the specials going on, I was able to get the first month free. Person working behind the counter did a great job in addressing my needs.

Because the person that I work with, I can’t remember his name, but when I first call, he was very knowledgeable. He helped me find one closest to me. I let him know that I was calling from overseas cause I’m out of the country and I needed some help as far as allowing my daughter to be able to access my storage he was very helpful and knowledgeable and concern and I can appreciate that.

Lisa was very easy to work with and great communication and follow up!
