Becsuse to muy problems i never was able to close the door of my space aleyas some boda has to help me, no lights in the space, moisés and insects all over and besides that the rent went up with sll tiende inconvenients

I transferred to a larger unit which two had been converted into one. Part of the ceiling was hanging loose. I was told that it would not rain in it, but I wasn’t warned about the rats. They got into some airplane food that I had stocked up on, and their smell got into my be storage something awful.

Rats, rats, rats!!! Totally destroyed our possessions!!! For the rate you charge, you should be arrested!Since that kind of infestation is an issue, then those units should not even be offered unless it is $20 a month. How dare you all have the audacity to allow this! If the units are properly sealed, which they aren’t, then rates would not be able to get inside.Please don’t ever look for me to revisit again! I’ve had storage before and way more things and have never experienced that issue, and definitely not to that degree

I am satisfied with the services rendered, and the persons who rendered the services, however; I’m not thrilled about the condition of the last storage unit I am renting, the rats, I accepted the break away part of the ceiling.

My storage units are rat infested, and they have gotten into some of my boxes. I spoke to the supervisor on duty, John, but he didn’t seem to know about them and did not offer any advice of what would be done if anything!

Rental rate too expensive.
