I lost a lot of property due to mold in my unit! Very disappointing.I am still waiting on my claim to be addressed.

It was a seamless process.

Not necessarily unique to CubeSmart, as I know other companies do the same thing, but it is extremely annoying that you do not allow customers to sign long term agreements for unit rentals and lock in prices. Another reason is that on days when it is busy, there are not enough carts for everyone to move their stuff at the same time. Something that I encountered while moving out. Main reason for the score was price.

Roders is great always so helpful.

The facility in Pearland was always clean and safe. It was great having a climate-controlled area for our belongings and it always seemed to work. Office personnel were great, helpful and friendly. We kept our belongings there for 2 years and there was never an issue or complaint. Really liked the secure location.

The storage is nice but the pricing is a little expensive and the rates seemed to increase consistently over time. It would be good if a rate can be locked in for three years at a time:
