Great space and customer service

Poor service. Hours not being maintained as advertised. I am partially disabled. No availability of carts for unloading. I was told after the fact that there are only 3 carts in the building. There is no 6S signage or parking lot lines fir cart pick up or drop-off. I never even made it to my intended cubicle.9

Too expensive

This storage unit changed ownership during the 5 years I had my unit here. The customer service throughout has always been great. The challenge is that the pricing just increased and increased. What started as a monthly cost in the high $100s turned into $318/month this past month - which really forced me to move my things out finally. Also, when the ownership changed and the price went up along with that, I didn't hear about it until AFTER my auto-pay went through at a higher rate (I guess they had mailed out post cards but they were delayed in the sending out the updated rates)

The Cube Smart facility is so well lit and clean. The general manager Mr. Rodges Thymes is soooo helpful in making sure all my concerns were meet and all question's answered.Very helpful. Thank you Mr. Thymes
