Good facility, but pricing increased 50% in just a couple years. Pricing well above others in the area. Found a unit that's twice as large for 50% less cost.

Store representative Miss Charmaine was very professional and had a very warm spirit. The well secured premises make me feel safe about storing my belongings with this property.

Great space and customer service

Poor service. Hours not being maintained as advertised. I am partially disabled. No availability of carts for unloading. I was told after the fact that there are only 3 carts in the building. There is no 6S signage or parking lot lines fir cart pick up or drop-off. I never even made it to my intended cubicle.9
