Property manager is the sole reason as to why I have such a low score and is what made me look to move.After numerous emails the following items were never addressed:1. My main garage bay door would not raise up higher than 2.5 ft2. The restroom light in my office stopped working and never was repaired.3. was charged for accidentally leaving a trash bag outside which I u see stood but the manager charged me $100 x 3 days and it was only one day. I was told I would get a credit or refund yet I never did.4. Was told by Fawn (manager) keys must be turned in by 6pm before my next bill date and I was there at the office at 5:56pm she refused to open the door, refused to take the keys from me. Said she doesn’t work after hours but it still wasn’t even 6:00pm.She ignored me and sat in her car.I immediately called Yadi and she told me to leave in drop box.5. My refrigerator was taken out of my unit before I could finish taking my items and still has not been returned.

I called about renting one unit. Payed and signed for one 10x20 unit and I get there and it’s two 10x10 units and I was told I had to pay for a second lock. I’m disappointed that it wasn’t communicated that I would have two units until after I arrived.

The most recent rate increase was almost 25%! The rent increased every year I was there but this latest increase was the main reason I left. Just greed on CubeSmart’s part. Now it would be one thing if by paying more, I received more in terms of netter service, but that was not the case. Over time there was increased animal activity in the unit with abundant animal droppings present. Also, my lock had to be changed at one point due to an attempted break-in. Lastly, the unit next to mine experienced water damage to the contents. My unit was spared, but too close for comfort. So I continued to pay more and more, only to receive less and less in return.
