The first impression of cubesmart was not good at all! I signed up for 1 large storage online and I go in person to sign paperwork and pay. Well I used my chase bank card and was harassed for the next few days asking me to pay again even though i showed them my bank account proving the transaction was fully processed on my end but Fawn tue representative at the Pearland location on 1525 N Main St Pearland, TX 77581 insisted that no matter what my bank account said that I still needed to pay again. I was su frustrated after emailing her with no response at all i finally allowed my partner to handle the situation and yes i did leave a bad review and my partner was told by Fawn that she noticed i left her a bad review. Well after a week of going back and forth and being constantly harassed to pay again and not being assured that if i chose to pay again (since the payment was not showing up on her end) that the same issue wouldn’t reoccur. Yes! I absolutely did leave a bad review! Needless to say Ms. Fawn says she never received my email, however it showed successfully sent on my end to the correct email on the card that she provided me with. And that was not even the first issue!!! That was just the biggest issue. My first issue is I signed up 1 large 10x10 storage and when i get there im told i have 2 storages that equal up to the same size a s the 10x10 i requested and me never in my years using a self stitch facility have i encountered this type of issue I’m thinking it’s going to be the same protocol as having one storage and not being enforced to have cheap storage for this equal amount of a storage that i requested. Then when I’m asked if I’m going to need insurance on my storage, I said yes and has never told that I have to have insurance on each of the storages when I requested one storage not two. So now I’m face with not only the storage bill or two insurance fees for the duration of about five months. I guess i should have seen the warning signs I was about to endure because when I went to sign the paperwork in person the representative Fawn was wearing a marijuana necklace in gold I'm sure thats extremely professional. Needless to say since i was treated with such in consideration within less than 24 hours of having my belonging at cubesmart I will never use cubesmart again and i will not recommend this facility to anybody.
