Too much power over someone’s personal belongings. Rude and about the money, fees and control. Especially when someone has paid for 10 years! Rates are down right silly.

So only gave a 9 for the personal that works there would give lower but the only reason why that is is because I didn’t like how I had the unit 2 or 3 months and it went up in price
