I didn’t have any issues. I felt that the girl that at the desk was very helpful very nice and very talkative whenever I came in.

The prices were expensive and actually increased without being notified. Not referring to what the expense would be after the promotion this was even after that.

It did what we needed. I would get one again if we move.

Manager answered questions, gave clear explanations of information. Also friendly.

Locally, clean storage units, friendly staff.I was told initially that my unit would be discounted or free first month by your national representative. When I got to local branch I was told because I had another unit already I would not get discount/free month. Your need better training for national representatives.

I love the indoor units. Because of the controlled temperature, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings will be safe from the heat and cold. They are very clean with many sizes to choose from. I like that they offer rolling flat dolly's to move heavier/bulk items. That came in handy! I felt my belongings was safe and secure with the keypad entry and gate. So, not just anyone can get in.

Easy to rent. Staff was very nice.
