the location is great, the app is incredibly easy to use and helpful with opening the doors on your phone. the place is clean and we love the size of our unit.however, the website is misleading. the price tells you its one thing, and then once the actual rental agreement came through it was more expensive because they then add on the insurance and the lock, etc. the first month is free but you still owed the same as the monthly rent the day of, so its kind of a wash.

I didn't get the package that was said to be inside the storage unit and got charged for it

Gradually Raising the rent to double the competition’s price is not a good way to keep customers. If your intention is to cycle customers and not keep long time storage then you have been successful. But we will never rent from Cubesmart again because of this. While the rate was reasonable we appreciated staying though. Especially the gated secure facility and kind staff. Thank you Faith!

I called and got a storage right away. No red tape. They were really nice and the whole process was easy.

I know I did not use the climate controlled storage, but the amount of dirt that got into my unit was insane. Everything came out looking like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. The other issue I had was the cost, then the increase with little notice.
