Was not happy with ha moving stuff via elevator.

It’s nice but there are 2 small issues. The callbox on the left of the building does t work and there is no signage telling you, and there’s some mystery puddle in my unit I’m going to have to put down a tarp over

The climate controlled unit was just what we needed for my brother's possessions while he was convalescing from his brain hemorrhage this year.

Always have had a good experience at Cubesmart Pekin Illinois from the initial walkthrough to closing and moving my items across state. Faith the manager is professional and worked with me while my items were stored there.

It worked out very well for us but moving items to my home now. Coincidentally I live in Morton Illinois so naturally why didn’t I go to the Morton Illinois location. It’s very simple the customer service there is a 2-3 on a scale of 10 plus I’ve had to rent a truck twice and do to my Morton Illinois I had to use them………….and again the customer service was 1-2 on scale of 10 BUT the Pekin Illinois which I did go to was a 10 out of a 10.Thanks

The unit was very nice and I had enough stuff for everything I had in my storage and the price was reasonable
