You start at a discounted price and EVERY six months the price increases without proper warning. They are priced very high for what is around for the same sized unit.

Trevor was great to work with

I had my unit three years and the price went up $10-12 per year. Why? We stored our new kitchen cabinets in this unit while we worked in our remodel. Everytime I came to get items they were covered with dirt and debris. Where is it coming from? Nothing like coming to find your new cabinets stored inside covered in filth!

Faith was awesome to work with. And being able to rent month to month was an added bonus. Not to mention the rates were great!

Great unit, clean.

Advertised $29 a month got me to sign up, but I was irate to find: an additional fee to simply sign up, forced to buy monthly insurance without an option to deny, and then forced to also buy a lock that was not included. Truly irritating and deceptive marketing. As someone is marketing myself, I was appalled and felt deceived.

2nd floor storage was not cool enough. Need to spray for bugs better
