I like the smart storage idea without any contact, I was able to get the storage.

Used Cubesmart for more than a decade. Great operation. However, when the cost for a garage size storage space went from less than $100.00 several years ago to now over $200.00 per month, it just made sense to clear it out and find another way to store or dispose of the items inside.

It seemed to be secure and clean. It is just that the rate got too high.

I had an issue with your payment system. My monthly storage cost was around $44 and you sent me a notice to pay that amount in early April. I went online to pay that amount and your system only charged me $8.25. You never sent any follow up notice that there was an error on your end and I needed to pay an additional $36. You only sent me a late notice AFTER the fact - no warning for me to pay before you imposed the exorbitant $20 late fee charge!
