I had an issue with your payment system. My monthly storage cost was around $44 and you sent me a notice to pay that amount in early April. I went online to pay that amount and your system only charged me $8.25. You never sent any follow up notice that there was an error on your end and I needed to pay an additional $36. You only sent me a late notice AFTER the fact - no warning for me to pay before you imposed the exorbitant $20 late fee charge!

I was treated incredibly badly by the store manager when my husband died last month. I showed her his death certificate. Filled out a form she asked me to. She told me she didn't believe he was dead. She said there was no obit!
