This location in Peoria AZ was the worst storage unit as I consistently talk with the front office on never having any push carts available. Everytime would go to unit I would have to search the entire property and many times when I would find one it would have three wheels instead of 4. Just didn’t understand how someone couldn’t check ck cart locations in beginning of each day. When I would bring that up the response was they have no time.It was an easy decision when the first rate cost was increased I cancelled.

High price of unit after being dedicated customer for YEARS!

When I had some questions at the beginning of my rent, the person in charge was quick to address and resolve my conerns.

Keeping things that aren’t needed is a waste of time and money. Keeping things in a storage unit is even worse. I don’t see what is in the unit so whatever is in there is out of sight and out of mind. I feel like storage units are a rip off and they are banking on the probable fact that whatever is in the unit will be forgotten about.

The location i use is always clean and well maintained. The office is also very clean and the restrooms are well maintained. The location manager, Jeff, is very knowledgeable and also very helpful. He has assisted me more than once lifting the doors. I am a senior lady and always appreciate his help.

The facility was clean and maintain. The unit was clean. Jeff was informative and helpful during the rental process.

My monthly rate raised significantly after reserving.

Jeff (or geoff idk) super helpful and closed everything out for me. All I did was drop the keys off and everything was taken care of
