Although the facility is clean, well-lit, and the managere was friendly, we felt upset that the discounts were not available to us because we're resellers. We rented two units to move all of the auctioned units into.

The lady given the tour was very informative and she even gave pointers regarding what to do and not to do. She gave different ways to get to my unit as well. She was polite and let me know that if i needed anything else she is available.

The indoor units are clean, prepped and ready. The location is next to a coffee roastery and smells amazing, and the staff has been wonderful/ helpful.
