My furniture items were damaged with mice feces. There was also a tear on my couch. It was very disappointing to see my items were not in a safe unit nor did I get any notification about the condition of the storage. Lastly, the monthly charge continued to increase.

The representative was very patient and helpful in figuring out how to get my Mother’s monthly rental cost lower. We really appreciate the suggestions and now have a better understanding of what needs to be done.
