Had the unit for maybe six months then the rate went up about 30% I got tricked for one month on that and then moved everything out. I don’t recommend due to payment stability when is enough enough.

We saw some human bowel movement in from of the door the goes inside to our storage. That was very gross. Believe me the were not animal Also there are no car to move the stuff around, went we ask we were told some people keep on there storage for their own use.. no one should do that. Thisrule is not

#1 I had an air condition unit in AZ and one summer it was broken for quite a while and I lost my seasonal candles. #2 you raised the rates every year until I couldn’t afford to store holiday decorations. As a senior citizen I just can’t justify it. Seems like you cater to businesses store their products. A senior discount would have been nice. Jeff at your Peoria AZ facility was very nice to work with.

So hands-down, the reason I give this place the high rating that I do and I don't always do. This is because of the kindness this gentleman Jeffrey showed me very very nice guy very professional accurate and so far a man of his word if you're thinking about another Storage let me tell you you're absolutely wrong. This is the place to go. having owning my own business and working for somebody else and on top of all of that, a very very nasty breakup this place saved me or I should say save my stuff any questions comments, concerns please go ahead and feel free to reply to this if not, you found your you found your place. Safe clean pretty new and modern if I had to have one complaint on this place, I would just say that the keypad is in the wrong place but that's my opinion and that's all that I got saythat thank you.

It was convenient for me

Way overpriced for the size compared to competitors. Never seemed to receive any of the rent increase notices through my entire time there.

it was great except fo rteh fact that everytime I would call about a rate increase that would iterally trigger an even greater icrease teh next month and never received a call back.

Cost effective and plenty options

You raised the rent so much we had no choice but to move. We will be saving over $4,000 for the year by doing so.
