They raise the rent too often. Twice this year alone. And it wasn't a small amount, $25-$40 per increase. The first time was for new carpet throughout the facility. I didn't stick around to see what the other increase would be for. Too many times, the office was closed well before (30 mins) the posted hours. The reason given was that they had to make a deposit at the bank.

The rent keeps increasing too much and too often.

I like the hours I was able to get to my storage place. Staff were always welcoming and helpful.

One month paid twice because online said trouble with site didn't go through spoke to employee said a manager would have to correct it and manager never called
