I like how the storage is and nice atmosphere and your staff is good

Without reason, our monthly rental fee was doubled and when I reached out for clarification, the central customer service person wasn't able to give me a reason. Also, our unit was involved in a floor which damaged some of our items in storage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I like that it is temperature controlled. Hours are convenient. Could use better lighting and clearly marked aisles for lockers.
