Your advertising is deceptive. You advertise a specific rate but once taxes and insurance are added virtually double. You should tell people the full cost upfront in your advertising. Second your price is discontinued to rise. I experienced two increases in less than a year.

Rates kept going up up up, while new clients fot much lower rates.

Great staff, clean ,safe, accessible and would certainly use them again. Only reason rating was lower is being charged extra for using a credit card...cmon man what is that about

Good clean facility however the door jam was a huge inconvenience. If the door being help open breaks the door, that seems like a terrible situation. It is very inconvenient for people with large loads having to enter in and out every time with the door code. I feel like there should be a better way or a better door system.
