Rent went from 100 to 120 and finally to 155. Prices keep raising yet the gate has been broken forever. Barely been here a year and rent is up 50%. Insane.

The gentleman that assisted with our rental was professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to assist us. We are from GA renting a unit for our daughter attending LaSalle University. He understood our situation and provided stellar customer service.

Great customer service means a lot and I felt that with Matt and that me feel comfortable complete with my choice with cube smart. We're very pleased with the staff services and hope it doesn't change!
