I discovered mouse droppings in the back of my unit after I moved my belongings out. Luckily nothing was damaged but it's just very gross. The good thing about the unit is how easy it was to reserve and other than the droppings, the place in general was clean and smelled nice every time I visited. I just wish there was a restroom to use during all the access hours. I rented the space to keep my thins and to spend time there to declutter and sort things. I could not spend much time there due to lack of restrooms. I did like that I felt safer there compared to other storage facilities. It had working lights, but I wish there was more light inside my unit. Not just the timed energy saving hall lights.

Everything was great... but there was mouse droppings EVERYWHERE. They were in my boxes, in my bags, in my furniture, all over the floor. Will not use again.
