The gentleman that assisted with our rental was professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to assist us. We are from GA renting a unit for our daughter attending LaSalle University. He understood our situation and provided stellar customer service.

Great customer service means a lot and I felt that with Matt and that me feel comfortable complete with my choice with cube smart. We're very pleased with the staff services and hope it doesn't change!

When I first got the unit everything was good. Had my unit for over a year. Went to my unit a couple times. When I went to my unit to clear it out. It was mouse droppings all over my stuff. In every corner it was dropping between all my stuff all on top. Then as we are putting the stuff on the elevator. My things get stuck. The worker at the unit name Bob basically blamed us for the elevator getting stuck. Because we had the door open. And we bumped the door getting the stuff on the elevator. And Bob also said it should only take 20-30 seconds to move heavy things onto the elevator. I called customer service district manger. No return call HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not ever use this company again!!!
