For us, people always make a difference in a business relationship. Herisha made our experience at Cube Smart on Christopher Columbus in Philadelphia outstanding. She was efficient in both the rental and closing processes. She was vigilant about watching the units, as she noticed once that I had put the lock on our unit incorrectly and contacted me right away. She also was very helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. I give her a 10 out of 10 stars!

Primary shortcoming is loading dock very small and often fully taken up by a single truck. Also, only one elevator.

Staff was excellent at the South Columbus Blvd location. From beginning or rental to end.Facilities are also very good. Clean. Easy to access.The only issue was the rate increase from $40 to $60, just a few months after i started the rental. That is a 50% increase!! I was hoping to keep the rental unit for the foreseeable future. But I had not budgeted for $60. So I had to find an alternative and move out.
