CubeSmart is fantastic. From the moment we met Leonard Herisha, the manager, we knew this was going to be a successful move in. Leonard explained every detail and was always available whenever we had a question. We knew our things were going to be stored at CubeSmart for many months, ten to be exact.On the day of loading it was noted by the driver that the dock was easy to approach. The crew went right to work. The spacious, well lit, and very clean space was easy to load in, it went so well. Thank you CubeSmart.Even after we moved abroad we were able to easily be in touch with either Leonard or another friendly person.

Great service and care

I was told that there would be a better DOLLEY available, other than the three small ones. Counter guy at 841 C Columbus Blvd on Oct 31 2025 said no, we do not have those. Then he was hesitant to let me take 3 for myself and 2 movers. THIS TOOK US WAY LONGER THAN EXPECTED due to the expectation that there would be a BETTER dolley like I was informed when I reserved the unit.

The employees were always going above and beyond even if only one person was working.
