Everyone was very nice and made the process very easy.

The mice are out of control ate a lot of my stuff then when I left the stuff in the unit, the manager Tiffany text me a rude text message and I told her why I left the stuff and she text me yea ok like saying whatever

The facility that I used always had problems with the main gate and I was not able to get my car one day which caused major problems and a lot of money for me to find different transportation for a meeting that was an hour away. Manager just said basically 'oh well, stuff happens'. Secondly, there is no cell phone reception when in the building which is a bit creepy, made me feel very unsafe and was difficult when I needed to communicate to others regarding my trip to the storage. Additionally, I had some mice in my unit (previous to renting my parking space). I was also disappointed to learn that CS does not pro rate monthly rent when vacating early. Lastly - SUPER expensive for what it is and CS just continues to increase rates for no reason. Disappointed.

The gate to get in was constantly broken so I could not get in.

My experience with CubeSmart Self Storage on 1645 N. American Street, Philadelphia, has been excellent. It is neat, secure, and temperature-controlled, great for storing personal and sensitive items. The layout is convenient, and personal access was easy. The staff are always courteous, responsive, and helpful. The building is well-maintained and well-lit -- gave me a strong sense of safety and reliability. Overall, the facility met my expectations for quality, safety, and customer service.
