Great service and storage space and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable

It was a really pleasant experience the office manager is awesome and the facility is very secure. I did see that mice got into my unit via the poop on some of my things but other than that a good experience

I have been with this storage company for two years and it went up drastically. After talking to an employee to better understand why she informed me that I had it for so long and she’s surprised they did not raise it sooner. She also mentioned storage is meant to be temporally. I did not like the response also not to mention the rodent feces in my unit.

Absolutely fantastic storage experience at 2 different locations I’ve used over the past 4 years with very consistent high quality in both climate control and security at each location.I feel that all my items in storage are very secure and I don’t have to spare any thought to worrying about them.Also, Very helpful and friendly staff across both locations I’ve used.A really great company with a high quality standard that I’d 100% recommend to anyone needed extra storage space for items or if you travel a lot like myself doing the digital nomad type thing.

The storage facility is great. I have enough space to store my things. It is in a convenient location.

The Cube storage is the best ever and I mean that from my heart. From the security, to the access, to the elevator , to the lighting, to the music ,, I built furniture in front of my cube when I was moving. I love every minute I go to my cube. It 's just such a great feeling that you know your stuff is secure. Since Aug 31sy 2024 I probably made over 75 visits to the cube. But look that is not the point, I am keeping the cube. It's the parking that was the biggest friggin nitemare of all time.Yes , let's talk about that Cluster F' you call parking. Fishtown/north Libs and no access after 10PM. Why dont you just give me a heroin needle so I can end it all now. What friggin genius came up with those rules, I get it you dont want homeless coming inn after 10PM.. BUT 10PM DOESN'T CUT IT AT ANY LEVEL. THIS PARKING ALMOST DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE. "Ross, I was there at 10:10PM and the garage door would not open." That is complete and total BS. I cant begin to tell you the bullshiot my wife gave every time she was locked out.So then you told me I could have the 24 /7 access but every time the door broke the system reset and she was locked out. It's a Saturday nite and we are out.,,. who comes back before 10PM on a date note. NO ONE that;'s right read my lips. You people are just plain dumb in the brain. It's an absolute disgrace. But look I signed up for it knowingthe rules ,, so half of it is on me. I get it,.Finally I had enuf and cut the cord on parking this week. You people need to sit down and figure this shit out cause it wasnt working for my wife. As the world said after Nazi Germany ,, "NEVER AGAIN"HAVE A GREAT DAY,, ROSS L DONOLOW
