I have used multiple storage units in the city and this will be the only place I ever go again. Fuck uhual. Q ND every other c9mpany ur price is better and ur customer service make yall seem like perfection compared to anywhere else and to think I found u guys from a random Instagram post of another person giving praise after being high way robber by uhual

Very easy to set up my unit for short term storage and when the unit was falsely renewed it was easy to correct.

Despite several complaints over several years about our door being broken letting massive amounts of dirt, water, roaches, and rats into our storage space, nothing was done. On top of that, you continued to raise our rent every year with absolutely no value in return. We would have moved out sooner if we were able to. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN and dissuade others from doing so.

My rates were raised annually without any additional benefit. Also as a loyal 8 year customer I was paying signficantly more in rent compared to new customers.
