The yearly price increases were ridiculously high and should be illegal.

The young man who manages the location was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He arrived early and took my information quickly.

The two guys I met in the office great , very friendly and knew what they were talking about

I gave you a five because although I had my own insurance for my car that was stored there. The car was hit several times. And the catalytic converter was stolen off of it. I was told the yard was safe it's definitely not. I'm moving it out because the rent got too high and the catalytic converter got stolen that was the last straw for me.

No video/audio surveillance, for security reasons. Several doors are damaged, or missing numbers. It was nice, easy rental process online though. Office guy was nutty as could be, just COUD NOT WAIT TO GET DONE HIS WORK SHIFT!! Geez!!

The associates are diligent, kind, and helpful! Everyone deserves accolades and a raise!
