Despite several complaints over several years about our door being broken letting massive amounts of dirt, water, roaches, and rats into our storage space, nothing was done. On top of that, you continued to raise our rent every year with absolutely no value in return. We would have moved out sooner if we were able to. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN and dissuade others from doing so.

My rates were raised annually without any additional benefit. Also as a loyal 8 year customer I was paying signficantly more in rent compared to new customers.

I found an alternative cite with Cube Smart that was inside and I was very happy. I did not move in to the first location because the outdoor location did not seem safe enough.
