The building has not been maintained and the rate increases have been ridiculous. We had two storage units there for many years, and I personally referred three people who have leased units there. One unit was broken into (from above after visibly trying to break the lock) and nearly $1300 of merchandise was stolen. I've also witnessed people obviously living in units, and security after office hours is abysmal. The bathrooms are locked and unusable when the office is closed, and utterly disgusting when available. Only one of the elevators works at any given time, and more than once NO elevator was working. And you expect payment for this? I've rented elsewhere.... more space for about 60% less cost. I should have left three years ago. Hindsight is 20/20. And I know writing this is a waste of time; as long as you make money, why bother improving anything.

The latch on my locker was broken upon arrival and I was switched to a new locker but told that I would need to return to put my things back in the original locker a few days later. I conveyed that this would not be possible because I was leaving the country and was met with a lot of resistance even though the latch being broken was not my responsibility. I did not receive an update about the latch on my original locker being fixed until a month later, and by this point I was returning to move my things out a few days later anyway.

There is no trash can or dumpster on site. It building smells infected with mice and rats etc.
