cubesmart is a scam.

Everything went well and I did not had any issues during the time that I was using the facility

Prices go up every six months.Facility is dirty and smelly.Trash in units next to mine with mouse droppings and damage in my unit.Then your insurance does not cover pest damage.Office often closed.Down elevator button not working for weeks.

Spacious units. Easy to get in and out. Reasonable prices. Clean facility. Employees helpful.

CubeSmart is not caring about their customers like they use to. They have removed a lot of things from their storages to help their customers (dumpers for trash, trash cans in the restrooms, restrooms open after office closed, phones working so you can talk to a person @ your local storage & working elevators.

2 things1. There is a pipe running across our storage unit2. There should be a way to see the storage unit before being able to book it.

Facility is excellent but I got a 30% price hike within a year

Site was maintained well and staff was friendly. Rate was a bit high but was convenient so my location.

I been a member for a long time & also got my family to open storages. I gave that score because the elevators are always breaking & it's hard for me to walk my things from one floor to another floor. Thank You & Blessings

The facility has most of what I need, but I am disappointed there is no where to dispose of trash and also that a key is required for the bathroom. What if no one is working in the office or I come during off hours and need it? Maybe we can switch it to a coded entrance?
