The managers were very helpful in identifying the proper size and location of the units I needed. We had to work through several options that involved previewing to assure and they were very accommodating. Friendly and polite as always.

Prices go up every six months.Facility is dirty and smelly.Trash in units next to mine with mouse droppings and damage in my unit.Then your insurance does not cover pest damage.Office often closed.Down elevator button not working for weeks.

CubeSmart is not caring about their customers like they use to. They have removed a lot of things from their storages to help their customers (dumpers for trash, trash cans in the restrooms, restrooms open after office closed, phones working so you can talk to a person @ your local storage & working elevators.
