I been a member for a long time & also got my family to open storages. I gave that score because the elevators are always breaking & it's hard for me to walk my things from one floor to another floor. Thank You & Blessings

The facility has most of what I need, but I am disappointed there is no where to dispose of trash and also that a key is required for the bathroom. What if no one is working in the office or I come during off hours and need it? Maybe we can switch it to a coded entrance?

The location was very convenient to where I live.

The staff at Cube Smart on 501 Callowhill ST, Philadelphia, were always helpful. The facility is quite clean. The heat seems to be run pretty low in winter. What I object to is that there is no place for disposing of trash (cardboard boxes, etc)--the client has to remove the trash.Also, I think it is really unfair that when the client vacates a storage unit, it is impossible to get a pro-rated reimbursement. I believe clients should only pay for the days they actually occupy a storage unit. Besides, CubeSmart can make money by renting the unit right away. I object to this policy and will tell everyone I know about it.Finally, when I was vacating my unit and walking down the passageway, I did see a mice cross the passageway.

Excellent and clean facility. I liked the variety of different size units for my storage needs.

I had a great experience working with Shelby at the Callowhill location. Her customer service was awesome. She was very helpful finding the right unit to fit. My storage needs. She provided a tour of the facility and answered all the questions I had. The unit was clean and ready to go for me to move in so far I've had a great experience with CubeSmart. Thank you.

East with changing from a large storage unit to a smaller one. Good office help.

Access good. Carts usually available. Aisles clean.

Staff is completely ignorant and doesn’t communicate

The staff at the facility are stellar. However the pricing scheme is unclear and the fees quickly mount from the promotional rate (which I did not get when I started my unit which was a downsize from my father’s unit).
