Poor onsite customer service. Unit experienced water damage and we weren't notified. Carts are in poor condition. Wouldn't recommend

My storage unit was broken in and I’ve lost all my sneakers and LEGO collection!

Clean, well lit, easily accessible, felt safe, there were never any hiccups with billing, the music over the PA was generally surprisingly good.

I cleaned out my storage unit on November 4th and informed the office of such. I inquired about a refund since I paid on the first of every month. The employee indicated there would be no refund. I think this practice of not providing a pro rated refund for partial month use is blatantly unfair to the customer!
