Firstly, I am a very conscientious ans responsible person. I moved out of the units yes afternoon. The young woman on-site told everyone that was moving besides myself to take trash with you or we'd be charged. I made sure I told my people do so. We checked and made sure after we were done, no trash was left behind. The young woman called me later on and yelled at me saying left trash behind and she has me on camera as proof. That was very upsetting to me. She was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.Secondly, I was charged last month for a late fee and had my locker cut without me receiving at least a few days notice. That left a sour taste in my mouth about CubeSmart. Overall, I was not satisfied. I would not recommend your company to my friends, Client or acquaintances.

Service is okay. Hours are good. Unit rates could be cheaper.
