The blonde woman with the tattoos was absolutely amazing - she was so kind and supportive- I’m working on a budget so pricing was important to me and I usually feel embarrassed asking for prices and trying to see the size of the unit- but she was so kind and helpful truly the best customer service I’ve had and I’ve been in a corporate position for the last 15 years damn near and she was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.

I had been to this CubeSmart several times prior to help a friend with their unit. Gabby, the manager, was always nice and the inside of the building always looked clean.

The worst place and service filled with homeless people rates went up double for no reason it say ac units never felt that ac in the time I had my unit there inconvenience after inconvenience never carts to move stuff to or from your car worst experience I've had

The female that is in the front office, I cant remember name im sorry, but she was ALWAYS AMAZING!

It was easy the staff were nice, I used it for a month until I got into my place, nice size unit and also it was a convenient price🙂

Constant issues regarding A/C going out.Issues with roofing leaking.Most of all the constant rate increase in yearly, which makes CubeSmart too expensive.

The facility is rat infested. Whenever I would visit my unit, there were rat droppings on all of my belongings. I ended up having to throw the majority of what I stored in the trash. Anything that was stored in a box had to be tossed out. The boxes were all chewed through.

Thank you for the great service and exceptionally clean and secure units.The facility at all times feels secure and well maintained.Several times I've run into staff patrolling the isles and checking the locking mechanisms on the units... I appreciate this attention to creating a secure environment for my storage.Thank you again for your assistance and awesome storage skills.
